Will Solomon

Coach Will Solomon graduated from Tallassee High School in 1987, where he lettered in three sports, and was a member of the 1986 and 1987 4A State baseball championship teams. He graduated from Troy State University in 1991 with a B.S. in Math Comprehensive Education. While at TSU, he was a member of the 1987-1988 baseball team. He is in his 32nd year of service as a math teacher and coach at Reeltown.

Coach Solomon is the Defensive Backs coach for varsity football. He formerly served double duty as Reeltown’s Junior High football coach, guiding the Junior Rebels to 131 wins against 49 losses and 1 tie over a period of 27 years. Seven of his teams were undefeated. He is also the Head Coach of the Lady Rebel basketball team, which made their fourth consecutive Subregional appearance last season.

Coach Solomon’s wife, Leah, graduated from Reeltown High School in 1989. She is in her 29th year of teaching at Reeltown Elementary School. They have two sons. Payne, a 2014 Reeltown graduate, is a travel nurse. Hayden, a 2018 Reeltown graduate, is a recruiting coordinator for a college athletic recruiting service.
