Varsity Assistant Coach - Defensive Line

Coach Shaw graduated from Reeltown High School in 1987. He served as the Student Council President. Coach Shaw was named Best All-Around Boy, DAR Award (Daughters of the American Revolution), U.S. Army Reserve Academic Athlete Award, MVP of the football team, first team All-State for both offense and defense, Captain of the football and basketball teams just to name a few. Upon graduation, he signed a four-year football scholarship with Livingston University which has now been renamed the University of West Alabama. Coach Shaw graduated from Livingston University in 1992. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Computer Science. Coach Shaw currently works for the State of Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles as the IT Director.

Coach Shaw has been an assistant football coach at Reeltown since 1992. He enjoys giving back to the school and sport that has blessed him. Coach Shaw is also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity (Mu Kappa and Alpha Eta Sigma Chapters) - "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity".

Coach Shaw and his wife Josenca have 6 children, one daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren: Our son is LaRique (wife Tess), grandchildren are Khole and Kiyah. Our 5 daughters Kelsey, Kendra, Faith, Paige, and Grace.
